Hi, I’m Becca.
I’m a coach and consultant to social justice leaders and organizations. Everything I do is grounded in my deep commitment to racial justice, passion for making things run well, and approach that combines rigor and open-heartedness. Building on over 20 years of experience in community organizing, management consulting, and nonprofit leadership, I help social justice leaders, organizations, and movements be as effective as possible.
