My Mission

To help social justice leaders, organizations, and movements be as effective as possible.

My Theory of Change

If more social justice organizations had powerful strategies, strong management practices, and authentic leaders, all working in alignment with their values and in service of dismantling white supremacy, they would be better able to achieve their missions, movements would be more successful, and justice and equity in the U.S. would be more likely to be realized.

My Long-Term Strategies

1. Coach social justice leaders for alignment and transformation.

2. Consult with social justice organizations to help them develop transformational strategies and management practices, grounded in their values and centered in racial equity.

3. Support the progressive movement in developing a better way to work so that organizations are able to focus on dismantling white supremacy instead of dismantling themselves.
